Foreword

The African Federation of Clinical Chemistry (www.afccafrica.org) is an organization of Clinical Chemistry Societies in the African continent, and a regional federation of the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry (IFCC). It is one of the youngest federations of the IFCC. Our major challenge is to increase our membership as there are very few active societies on the African continent. At present, the membership comprises of the following fifteen countries:
